WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
The 47th annual Crater Lake Rim Runs will be held on Saturday, August 12th, 2023.

The race starts at 7:30am. We need to be on-site by 7:00am PDT to take roll call and get people to stations. The marathon is the longest run and concludes at approximately 1:00pm PDT.
Remember, this is a high altitude event. Please keep that in mind when volunteering. Also, bring a jacket as it can be very cold in the morning. Better to have and not need than need and not have.
You will need a handheld radio with a fully charged battery. You will need to have your radio programmed to event frequencies (listed below). If you would like to volunteer and do not have a radio, please reach out and let us know. Most likely, we’ll be able to get you something.
Please bring a lunch and plenty of water.
There are several stations that need to be staffed. Cloud Cap is position 14 and is where the trailer and Net Control will be located. Charlie/K7AKT has volunteered to be our Net Control this year.
In addition to the locations below, there are about 5 busses that will need riders.
