Welcome to the Support Center

The Infrastructure committee has established this site for reporting issues with stations and equipment owned and/or operated by the Klamath Basin Amateur Radio Association. This includes, but is not limited to; repeaters, packet/APRS digis, Winlink gateways, ARDEN assets, and the club trailer. 

If a club asset is not working or is inaccessible remotely please submit a trouble ticket so we can document the issue and work on getting the asset back in service in a timely manner. 

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

What this site is not... if you need help setting up your own equipment or are having difficulty with your own equipment please do not submit a trouble ticket. For help with your own equipment please contact one of the clubs Elmers. Elmers are listed on the club site by topic on the Elmer page under the FAQ tab. http://www.w7vw.org/elmers/
